I exercize four times a week, 30 minutes cardio and then weights. I need to loose 10 pounds for a Halloween costume I need to fit into. I generally try to stay in shape the healthy way, but I don’t care if it is healthy or not. I NEED to shed the pounds quickly. I do not have the will power to simply starve myself, so suggestions are welcome. Are there miracle foods I can eat, or special fruit juices? Anything other than fasting?

Instead of getting on your computer, go walking or do something OUTSIDE…just push and push and push and push…people think they can lose weight by exercising a little then being lazy like they usually are
Thats easy …detoxify! Getting rid the the toxins in your body with help your digestive system to get rid of exess fat that you body will store too much of. It gets rid of bloating with will take inches off of your waist. I did this and i thought it was fat but it turned out the exess flab i was carrying was just bloating. In one week i lost 8 lbs and my abs where flatter. Anyway I hope this helps.
At long last, I have come upon a natural course of treatment through my diet that seems to be working better than anything that I have tried thus far.
In addition to sticking to a high-fiber diet and steady intake of coca tea, I am drinking a half-cup of pure , undiluted aloe juice infused with coca tea bags (20 tea bags dropped in the jug overnight in one gallon of 100% Pure Aloe Vera Natural ) with every meal (snacks also). A few tea bags may open the second day but I can live with that! The aloe – coca juice is a bit bitter at first but soon becomes tolerable. It has the triple affect of soothing the digestive system, softening the stool and energizing your body.
I buy the Aloe Vera juice in a large gallon jug of "Fruit of the Earth Pure Aloe Vera Juice" at Wal-Mart for about $7.00. I have been using "Lupi" coca tea which is ground more finely than the other brands. I also use MacMate coca tea, which is darker and I can get it at a discounted price.
I don't want to become complacent but I finally think I have hit upon a combination of factors that are enhancing my diet and helping with those hard to lose extra pounds I accumulated over several years due to my poor diet. For those of you who are looking for a healthy diet I highly recommend the above-mentioned program.

"Since skintight dresses show the pooch, I suggest doing a lot of reverse crunches with a lift," says Ramona Braganza, who's sculpted the lean bods of Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, and Jessica Biel. Lie on your back, knees pulled up to chest and hands under your butt to support your lower back. Uncurl legs straight out, keeping them six inches from the floor. (Don't let them touch the ground!) Lift legs straight up so that they're perpendicular to the floor and add a small lift of your butt. Curl legs back into the start position. Do three sets of 10.
TIGHT GLUTES
To make your butt look slammin' in a body-hugging dress, Ashley Borden (who's trained Christina Aguilera) recommends "single Roman dead lifts" to really work your glutes. Here's how: Stand upright with legs hip-width apart. Lift left leg back and tilt your torso forward, keeping your back flat and eyes to the floor. (Your goal is to make your torso parallel to the floor.) With your left leg straight, extend your right arm directly out front. Hold for two counts, then return to starting position. Repeat with right leg. Do three sets of 10 on each leg.

For knockout legs, Kim Lyons, a former trainer on NBC's The Biggest Loser, says, "Lunges, lunges, and more lunges. They are the answer to everything: a tight butt, great legs — and they burn fat because you're working a major muscle group." Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with your right foot, bringing your knee to a 90-degree angle, while your left knee nearly touches the ground. Return to starting position and switch legs. Do 50 with each leg.
LEAN CALVES
"There's really only one exercise for calves," says Michael George, who's worked with Reese Witherspoon. "Calf raises can be done on any raised platform, like a stair. But calves don't respond easily, so the more, the better." Step onto a platform with the front half of your left foot; let your right leg dangle to the side. With a 5- to 10-pound dumbbell in each hand, lower the heel of your left foot all the way down, then press all the way up, onto the ball of your foot. Return to starting position and repeat 20 times. Switch to the right foot. Do three sets on each foot.
FOR A STRAPLESS GOWN
FIRM TRICEPS
To pump up your cleavage and tone your arms, trapeze-artist-turned-trainer Lorelei Ashe MacDonald recommends "Macarena push-ups." Get in push-up position, then take right hand and touch your left shoulder. Return hand to the ground and do a push-up, keeping elbows close to the body (this will work your triceps). Press up again and touch left hand to right shoulder. Repeat push-up while alternating arms. Do as many as you can on your toes without losing form. Once you feel taxed, drop down to your knees and do a few more in this position.
TONED CHEST
Fitness guru Valerie Waters, who advises the buff Kerry Washington, Kim Raver, and Kate Beckinsale, switches things up with a one-handed elevated push-up to attack the flab next to the underarms that spills over the side of your bra or tube top (a.k.a. armpit fat). Elevate one hand on a stack the height of the Yellow Pages and place your other hand on the floor. Lower yourself and press up into push-up position. Switch hands. Do two sets of six reps on each arm.
FOR A HALTER TOP
DEFINED UPPER AND LOWER BACK, SHOULDERS, TRICEPS
"To combat back fat, I recommend a modified tricep extension," says Gregory Joujon-Roche, trainer to Gwen Stefani and Demi Moore. With feet parallel and hip-width apart, bend knees and fold your upper body forward until your back is flat and parallel to the floor. Bend elbows tightly at your sides and bring hands to your shoulders. Slowly extend your arms straight out behind you, point your fingers, and really squeeze your triceps. Bring hands back to your shoulders and repeat. If it's too easy, add a 1- to 5-pound dumbbell in each hand. Do four sets of 15 — and on every fifth rep, extend and hold for as long as possible.
STREAMLINED MID-BACK, SHOULDERS, BICEPS
"You want to make your back look more defined without looking like a linebacker," says Ashe MacDonald. Her go-to move: a plank pull-up. At the park or gym, grab a bar that's hanging at waist level or slightly higher (with your hands shoulder-width apart). Position your body below the bar, leaning back at a 45-degree angle from the ground, with your arms straight in front of you. Keeping your body in a tight plank with legs straight, pull yourself up toward the bar, then return to starting position. Do three sets of 15.

Comments: A lot of people (and celebs) seem to swear by the whole "don't eat after 6 pm" rule, but really, who are they kidding? Unless you plan on going to bed at 7pm--and we all know that it's unlikely to be the case--then staying up for another 4 hours without fueling is going to drive you to crash, and even cave in and have something unhealthy. I think the fear is always that you're eating because you're bored or for entertainment--which is sometimes the case when you eat at night or in the evening during your down time. I try to follow all these rules but don't mind breaking them if I have to. I'm living a healthier lifestyle and, generally, that means my diet (and exercise) plan has to fit into my lifestyle. So I usually eat 5 to 6 small meals a day but, when my schedule doesn't allow it, I'll get by on 3 squares. I think striving to live your life so completely routinized is bound to set you up for failure because things just go wrong sometimes. Adaptability is the key to survival for a reason. So every now and then, I jog in the evenings instead of the morning. I'll eat a late dinner and have a bit of dessert. We're all working so hard to extend our lives and be healthy, but there's no point if you can't enjoy your life, too
A tip for pasta-lovers...even those who are on low glycemic or low card diets can still enjoy pasta. You just have to keep your portion reasonable, i.e. (1 cup of cooked pasta is a serving) and most importantly don't overcook it! Overcooking makes the pasta break down easily during digestion and convert to sugars quickly. Pasta should be cooked "Al Dente" style (so that it's still somewhat firm). This slows down the digestion process in your body and won't spike your insulin/blood sugar.

I have been over weight since I was a toddler. Losing weight has been a 30 year war for me... until now. I started the Cohen's Lifestyle Clinic plan at the start of February, 2011 and I weighed 113kg. It is now the start of June and I weigh just 81kg. I lost 32 kg in 20 weeks! I feel like a new person and my wife thinks so too.

How I did it so fast...
I did exactly what the Cohen's team told me to do. Although, I admit it was harder than I first thought it would be. I initially lost a lot of weight really fast. I dropped 5 kg in week one then 12 kg by the end of the first month. Rapid weight loss was a real kick-start.
How much exercise did I do to look like this?
Absolutely none! I ordinarily walk around 30-60 minutes a day running kids around, to and from the car park (i.e. across a University campus) etc. I had to stop riding my bike to work though, I didn't have the energy to do that and keep up with the kids.
How much it costs...
For exact figures you need to ask Cohen's for the going rate. When I was trying to find the money I justified the cost by adding up everything I had spent on extra health care, XX-large clothes, additional insurance charges etc. Then I realized it was cheap and had a payback period of around 12 months on health care alone.
